I & H Brown Ltd is a UK Civil Engineering & Construction Group with over sixty years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects and championing environmentally conscious construction. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for a proactive Site Administrator to support our site operations and finance team.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate cost records, supporting site and finance teams, and ensuring the smooth flow of information between project sites and head office. This is a site-based role with flexibility to travel between projects and occasional visits to our head office in Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collate and process delivery tickets and timesheets using our electronic cost recording system (COINs)
* Maintain accurate and efficient site filing structures
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with site teams and key internal stakeholders
* Support cost reporting, invoice resolution, and payment processes
* Assist with month-end and year-end procedures to ensure accuracy of contract costs
* Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting systems
* Ensure compliance with the Company’s Health & Safety procedures
* Attend training courses as required
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach
* Comfortable working with digital systems (COINs experience beneficial but not essential – training provided)
* Previous administration experience in construction or finance preferred
* Full UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided)
