About You

You will have good written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge and experience of using a computer and be able to work with other young experts in a team. Good organisational skills are a must.

Children and young people have a right to be heard. You will play an important part in making sure that our work focuses on listening to and acting on what local children and young people say is important to them.

Due to the multi‑agency nature of the team and work, we must often adapt the way we work to keep up with demand and respond to changes. As a whole team we work collaboratively to meet challenges; all members of the team are encouraged to be a part of identifying and testing solutions, and having an ability to quickly adapt to change is vital.
