The Role
As Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership, inspire your staff team, and ensure the highest standards of teaching, care, and safeguarding. Working closely with the governing body and wider stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement and champion inclusive education.

What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in a special school or SEN setting
* A clear understanding of the needs of pupils with SEND, including autism and SEMH.
* A collaborative and emotionally intelligent leader with excellent communication skills.
* A commitment to high-quality, inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and ideally NPQH (or willingness to work towards it).
