The role of a Service Maintenance and Repair Technician is multifaceted. Due to a successful year, we are expanding our team. You will be the friendly face providing first-class service and repair work, whether at customers’ workplaces or homes.
As part of our mobile mechanic team, you will attend appointments, conduct service inspections, breakdowns, provide on-the-spot repairs, and ensure smooth operations. What will I be doing?
* A communicator: Diagnosing issues and delighting customers by sharing knowledge clearly and confidently.
* A self-starter: Working independently or within a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
* A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve vehicle issues promptly, whether roadside or at appointments.
* Being the friendly face: Representing the UK’s largest motoring organization, providing support anytime, anywhere, in any weather.
What do I need?
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
* A full Category B driving license with 6 points or less.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings.
