Role Overview
As the Lead Industrial Service Delivery Manager, you will serve as the primary customer-facing contact, overseeing daily operations and delivering top-tier service and commercial management for industrial clients. Your responsibilities include managing after-sales service, upgrades, and supporting industries such as Metals, Mining, Factories, Renewables, and R&D.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the customer advocate, managing relationships with major industrial clients.
* Oversee delivery of Long-Term Service Agreements, including reactive and planned maintenance.
* Resolve commercial, technical, and quality issues across contracts.
* Develop and follow commercial procedures and project management processes.
* Handle contractual claims, extensions, and negotiations.
* Manage reporting, resourcing, and planning activities.
* Coordinate with management and technical teams for solutions.
* Conduct project reviews using SAP to monitor progress, control costs, and forecast.
Essential Qualifications
* Experience in customer or account management roles.
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Effective multi-tasking and time management.
* Understanding of business financial procedures.
* Ability to obtain BPSS security clearance.
* Valid UK driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
* Engineering degree or technical knowledge in power systems, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
This role may require background checks and security clearance (UK BPSS or SC) based on customer requirements.
