Role Overview:
Join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support students with SEMH and ASD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support individual and small groups of students
* Assist in lesson planning and delivery
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback
* Implement strategies for social, emotional, and academic development
* Foster positive relationships with students
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Experience with SEMH and ASD
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
