Trainee Manager – Operations (F&B, Front Office, M&E & Accommodation)

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to begin their management career within Dalata Hotel Group. As a Trainee Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience across all key operational departments including Food & Beverage, Front Office, Meetings & Events, and Accommodation.
You will work closely with Heads of Department and senior management to develop your leadership capability, operational knowledge, and commercial awareness, with a clear pathway towards a future management role within the business.

Your Job
* Participate in a structured training programme across F&B, Front Office, M&E and Accommodation departments
* Support the daily operations of each department, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
* Learn and apply Dalata brand standards, systems, and procedures
* Assist in leading teams on shift, supporting supervisors and managers in delivering operational excellence
* Build strong working relationships across all departments to understand the full hotel operation
* Support with rostering, stock control, and departmental organisation where required
* Handle guest queries and feedback professionally, ensuring positive resolutions
* Contribute to team engagement initiatives and foster a positive working environment
* Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, develop and take on increasing responsibility
What You’ll Need
* A genuine interest in pursuing a career in hotel management
* Previous experience in hospitality (placement, part‑time, or full‑time) is desirable
* A degree or qualification in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to different departments
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
* A commitment to personal development and progression within Dalata
