The Role The successful candidate will: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task Manage classroom behaviour effectively Support students with their learning and engagement Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons Maintain a positive and productive learning environment The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with young people in a school, coaching, tutoring, or youth work setting Demonstrates strong communication and classroom management skills Is confident, adaptable, and organised Can build positive relationships with students and staff Has a passion for education and supporting student development Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor is desirable but not essential.
