The Role:
You will take ownership of a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. With the backing of experienced Partners and a supportive team, you’ll deliver high-quality legal services to a diverse client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
* Advising clients on legal issues, costs and procedures
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents
* Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case records
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders
* Supporting business development initiatives and representing the firm at events
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
* Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills
* Proficiency in legal IT systems and case management software
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
