Contract:
· Temporary
· Duration – 6 months with a possibility of extension
· Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (Mon-Thu) and 08:00 – 14:00 (Fri)

Responsibilities of a Logistics Administrator
· Goods inwards: Validating and producing delivery notes for parts you received and have dispatched. Reporting delivery discrepancies or any damages. Booking in stock and processing paperwork. Printing pick lists, running shortage reports.
· Stock Control: Assist in monitoring stock levels, regular stock checks, and reporting any discrepancies.
· Goods outwards: Assist with invoice queries. Arranging courier collection for international shipments. Running daily back order reports.
· Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment.
· Team Work: Work closely with colleagues in the Yard, Warehouse, and Sales departments to ensure effective communication, coordination, an overall operational efficiency.
· General Duties: Assist in other general Yard and Warehouse duties as required, including manual handling, packing and assisting with deliveries.
Essential skills and experience also include:
* A basic understanding of Microsoft packages.
* Ideally, an exposure to ERP systems.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Previous experience within a Manufacturing yard environment.
* Possess good communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels within the organisation.
* Excellent customer services skills
* Have a flexible response to changing business needs.
* Be a team player with a positive can-do attitude.
