My client, a leading international law firm, with offices around the UK, are now seeking a HR Hub Team Leader to join the wider HR team, on a permanent basis.

The key duties will include:
* Direct line management for 4 HR Operations Administrators
* Working collaboratively with all HR Operations Team Leaders within the HR Services team
* Become the subject matter expert in the Onboarding & Admin hub and represent the team
* Oversee and monitor the internal ticketing system, ensuring high priority tickets are actioned in a timely manner
* Delegating tasks to team members and supporting team members with prioritisation
* Managing the relationship with employment screening provider matrix security watchdog, ensuring we are working collaboratively
* Producing weekly reports to support the business and HR Management Team
* Ensuring all tasks are processed in a timely manner and a seamless onboarding experience for our employees
* Quality check data entry carried out by the team and providing team members with real time constructive feedback
* Enhancing current processes to ensure we deliver service excellence
* Upskilling and coaching team members to deliver a customer centric HR service
The HR Hub Team Leader will have exceptional people and stakeholder management skills, be able to communicate to a high standard, both by phone and on email and have an excellent work ethic. The ideal candidate will have people managment experience and be able to deal with performance and mentoring within the wider team. Have either previous HR Operations experience within a financial services, professional service or law firm environment and be able to keep to tight deadlines and produce work to a high level.
