What the Job Involves In this senior practitioner role, you will carry out your responsibilities under the Children Act 1989 and relevant legislation. You will assess and provide services to children and families in need and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure service efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will mentor and supervise less experienced practitioners, manage complex caseloads, formulate child protection and care plans, and represent the team in legal settings. Alongside providing intervention programs, you will contribute to the team’s development through training, team discussions, and promoting professional climates.
