We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join our Haywards Heath store as a qualified full‑time Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD). In this role, you’ll dispense hearing aids to customers with hearing difficulties, and deliver top‑notch customer service every single time. You’ll have access to high‑quality equipment and be part of a professional and welcoming environment, with support from our expert team to help you progress. This is a varied role which includes a mix of store‑based clinics and home visits.
Responsibilities
* Dispense hearing aids to customers
* Perform hearing tests and advise on the best hearing aid for each customer
* Conduct store‑based clinics and home visits
* Ensure a first‑class experience for each patient
* Carry out wax removal (microsuction) where required
Qualifications
* Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD)
* Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Excellent attention to detail, motivation as a team worker and eagerness to develop
* Wax removal qualification is advantageous
