Ensure that all interventions meet the highest standards of safeguarding, quality assurance, and evidence-based practice. Have the autonomy to make critical decisions that directly impact the lives of children and families in North Lincolnshire. What We’re Looking For: A qualified social worker with significant experience in child protection and safeguarding. Proven experience in supervision and leading social work teams in high-stakes, complex cases. A confident communicator, passionate about improving the lives of children and families.
