Job Description
* Prepare and review personal tax returns for a variety of clients.
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and deadlines.
* Liaise with clients to gather required tax-related information and address queries.
* Assist in identifying tax-saving opportunities for clients.
* Maintain accurate records of client documentation and correspondence.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax processes and systems.
* Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and their implications for clients.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Tax Semi-Senior should have:
* A relevant qualification or progress towards one, such as AAT, ATT or ACCA.
* Experience working within a tax department or similar role in the business services sector.
* Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
* A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
