What Your Impact Will Be
In this position, you’ll report to the Brand Manager and work in partnership with Digital, Sales, Customer Marketing & Consumer Product teams, collaborating as one team to support each other to achieve our aligned goals and vision.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
* Marketing Team Administrative Support
* Lead the creation of product line lists twice a year using Microsoft Excel with regular updates throughout the year.
* Create quarterly Brand Activation newsletters, showcasing key marketing highlights and send out to the UK office.
* Support the team with raising and managing Purchase Orders and Invoicing in Coupa.
* Lead the product samples ordering process for Marketing activations.
* Assist Brand Managers with campaign asset & artwork briefings and approvals.
* Build one page summaries for Brand media campaigns and upcoming movie slates.
* Support the UK Marketing Team with all administrative tasks where needed.
What We Offer
* The ideal candidate for this position will be hired externally through third-party agency.
* 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
* Early finish on Fridays
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* Valid Right to Work in the UK.
* Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
* Good knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work on a wide variety of projects within deadlines.
* Confidently able to work on own initiative and action oriented.
* Good tactical skills, ability to react quickly to changing situations.
