Job Description:
Our client is a well-established and growing property and real estate organization, managing high-profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. They seek an experienced and dynamic Building Services Account Manager/Director for a prestigious commercial client in Central London.
The role involves managing a team of circa 25 staff, delivering M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services within a single high-profile building. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a 5-star service, liaising with on-site clients, and managing a budget with a P&L of approximately £2.5 million.
Requirements include at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial environment, with experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Technical qualifications such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or MIBFM are desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a team of 25 staff

* Engaging with stakeholders
