To work for this prestigious client who are Exeter based and an Independent Professional Construction Consultancy, providing a range of specialist services and advice to both public and private sectors.
As a Project Coordinator you will be -
1. Have a Hands On approach with Strong Work Ethic
2. Calling Residents to arrange Appointments
3. Strategic Planning and coordination of Diaries
4. Managing own Client Programmes
5. Reporting on status of Works
6. Liaise and working closely with all Departments, Developers, 3rd Party Contractors and Consultants
7. Have a Pro Active Approach
8. Be a Confident Communicator at all levels both Oral & Written
9. Monitor Timelines and work to strict Deadlines & Priorities
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
