Job Description
* Manage, motivate and lead the finance team.
* Develop finance reporting and create SMART KPI's.
* Attend seminars and maintain CPD to keep the company up to date with financial trends.
* Manage the finance section of the intranet.
* Production of monthly reports adhering to deadlines.
* Manage daily cashflow for three currencies and manage foreign exchange accounts.
* Complete VAT and year-end payroll return.
* Oversee annual audit.
* Prepare and maintain annual forecast/budget.
* Assist with the development and implementation of finance policies.
* Ensures company compliance with all legislative reporting.
* Manage payment of all annual licenses and subscriptions.
* Process payroll and pensions. Resolve any errors.
* To take on any other responsibilities or tasks that are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
The Successful Applicant
Essential:
* Solid experience managing a finance team.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Advanced IT skills using Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable:
* ACCA / CIMA.
* Manufacturing experience.
