Job Title: KS3 English and Maths Outreach Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Colchester Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Deliver engaging English and Maths outreach sessions to KS3 students Develop and implement educational programmes to support students' learning Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to address students' specific needs Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure students' academic success Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching KS3 English and Maths Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in KS3 English and Maths Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the KS3 curriculum Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans Good classroom management skills Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds Working Conditions: This position involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis.
