Teaching Assistant Role- Ely
* Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils
* Assist with 1:1 and small group interventions
* Support students with additional learning needs
* Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people
* A positive, patient, and flexible attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for education and helping others
