We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
* Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
* Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards throughout the bar area.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper records of sales.
Skills
* Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous but not essential.
* Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment.
* Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques, are highly desirable.
