Job Description
As HRMI Analyst & Systems Manager you will be required to
* Manage and analyse HR data using Oracle Fusion.
* Provide system support and training to HR colleagues.
* Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and reporting.
* Liaise with various departments to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
* Support the HR department in various projects and initiatives.
* Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system issues and implement updates.
* Create and maintain user guides and training materials for HR systems.
* Regularly review and update HR systems and processes to ensure they remain effective and efficient.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HRMI Analyst & Systems Manager (Oracle Fusion) should have:
* A strong understanding of Oracle Fusion and HR systems.
* Excellent data analysis skills.
* The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to train others.
* A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
