Rewards Advisor, London
12-month FTC (possibility of going permanent)
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum plus package
We’re looking for an experienced Rewards Advisor to join a global retail business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the UK HR Director, this role will play a key part in delivering and enhancing our total rewards offering across the UK and supporting global initiatives.
You’ll act as the subject matter expert for compensation, benefits, and Workday data integrity—supporting the annual reward cycle, benchmarking, and benefits administration to ensure people feel valued, supported, and rewarded for their contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Reward:
* Support the delivery of annual compensation review processes including salary benchmarking, market analysis, and pay review cycles.
* Maintain accurate compensation data and structures within Workday, ensuring compliance and consistency across the business.
* Provide analytical insight and reporting on pay trends and internal equity.
Benefits Management:
* Administer employee benefits programmes (pension, healthcare, life assurance, etc.), ensuring smooth operation and employee communication.
* Liaise with external benefits providers and brokers to review, renew, and enhance offerings.
* Lead on benefits enrolment processes and ensure a seamless employee experience.
Workday Systems & Data Integrity:
* Act as the Workday subject matter expert for compensation and benefits data.
* Partner with HRIS and global HR teams to support configuration updates and process improvements.
Project Support:
* Contribute to global reward and benefits projects, ensuring local market compliance and alignment with business objectives.
* Support HR Director and senior stakeholders with ad hoc reward-related analysis and reporting.
About You
* Proven experience in a Compensation & Benefits, Reward Analyst, or Total Rewards Advisor role, ideally within a retail or fast-paced commercial environment.
* Strong technical proficiency with Workday HRIS (essential).
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, able to work collaboratively across HR, Finance, and business leadership teams.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working both independently and within a team setting.
