We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Spitalfields Nursery. It is a vibrant, welcoming setting located just moments from Liverpool Street Station, Fenchurch Street + Cannon Street stations and the iconic Old Spitalfields Market. The beautifully designed nursery features bright, spacious rooms tailored to different age groups, a dedicated sleep room for babies, and a landscaped garden with a mud kitchen, vegetable allotment, and active play zones that inspire creativity, exploration, and learning whilst also benefitting from a beautiful garden space.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
What we’re looking for
8. Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
9. Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
10. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
11. Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
12. Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
