Job Title: Contracts Administrator (6 months FTC)
Location: Flexible / Hybrid
Reporting to: Contracts & Renewals Manager
Purpose: We are seeking an experienced administrator for a fixed-term contract to support a data cleansing project. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Contracts & Renewals Manager and the Billing teams to ensure the accuracy of customer data within our CRM. Your responsibilities will include collection of contract data, creating and updating agreements to maintain precise and reliable data records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection: Gather and cleanse customer data from multiple sources, including the CRM and CPQ systems, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
2. Contract Management: Maintain and update customer contract records within CRM agreements, ensuring accurate representation of contract details and any agreed special terms.
3. Compliance Review: Analyse terms and conditions from 13 acquired businesses to identify key details such as notice periods, special clauses, and contract durations.
4. Reporting Accuracy: Ensure all relevant data fields are completed to support accurate and comprehensive reporting across systems.
5. Risk Management: Identify and flag high-risk clients to the Contracts & Renewals Manager or Sales team, facilitating timely resolution of any issues.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
6. Proven experience in Contract Management, particularly with recurring revenue models, or a background as a Data Analyst.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
8. Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
9. Solid understanding of business processes across various departments.
10. Skilled in analysing large, cross-functional data sets to extract relevant and actionable insights, ideally using Business Intelligence tool
11. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
12. Excellent problem-solving skills paired with clear and effective communication abilities.
