Faculty Manager Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Management: Line manage Programme Area Leaders (PALs) and Trainers.
2. Curriculum Development: Assist in developing Military Trade Training and Civilian qualifications.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure target pass rates and high satisfaction survey results.
4. Team Collaboration: Promote collaboration across MKC Training.
5. Communication: Effectively communicate within the Faculty and across MKC Training.
6. Continuous Improvement: Commit to excellence through quality systems and ongoing improvement.
