Schedule: Mon - Thurs, 21:00 - 06:15
Pay:£19.94 per hour
Type: Temp to Perm, 37 hours per week
If youre a skilled flexographic printer with label printing experience, this is your opportunity to join a well-established production company in Daventry that produces labels for high-end food and drink brands.
This role involves high-volume, fine-detail label production, where accuracy and consistency are essential.
We are recruiting 4 experienced flexo operators with a solid track record on flexographic presses and experience with finishing processes such as die-cutting.
This is a permanent night shift position.
Responsibilities
* Running flexographic printing machines during night shifts
* Meeting quality and output targets
* Operating finishing equipment (die cutters, rewinders, etc.)
* Maintaining consistency across production runs
Qualifications
* Proven experience operating flexographic presses
* Experience in label production (not large/wide format print)
* Understanding of finishing processes
* Willingness to work permanently night shifts
* Seeking a long-term, secure role
