Start Date: Autumn Term Location: Formby Agency: Teaching Personnel A vibrant and welcoming primary school in Formby is seeking a Creative Classroom Assistant to join their team this autumn term. This exciting role involves supporting pupils across the school with creative learning activities, helping to enhance engagement and confidence through art, storytelling, and imaginative play. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering creative lessons and activities Support pupils in small groups and 1:1 settings Encourage self-expression and confidence through creative mediums Work closely with teaching staff to support classroom learning Essential Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) Experience working with children in a creative or educational setting A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one Background in art, drama, or creative writing is highly desirable Ideal Candidate: Passionate about creativity in education Energetic, imaginative, and nurturing Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff Committed to supporting children’s development throughout the autumn term If you’re ready to inspire young minds and bring creativity into the classroom, we’d love to hear from you!
