Role Purpose:
Drive HCP advocacy and initiations across the pre-term portfolio to drive market share growth. Understand and monitor the usage and route to market of Aptamil & Cow & Gate milks in hospital settings.
Key Activities:
* Business Planning and Management
o Develop a data-backed Pre-Term customer strategy to maximise opportunities
o Understand and drive the route to market for both Pre-Term and Aptamil/Cow & Gate milks
o Implement a process to understand and report on the usage of Aptamil/Cow & Gate
* Sales, Profit and Market Share
o Drive HCP advocacy and initiations through clinical benefit selling
o Encourage higher usage / competitor switch through clinical arguments
o Understand route to market opportunities to drive topline and profit growth
* Customer Impact & Stakeholder Engagement
o Manage customer relationships
o Develop a clear national customer segmentation and focus resources accordingly
o Effective management and mobilisation of KOLs/Commercial advocates, supporting involvement in customer symposiums and educational meetings as appropriate
o Identify key influencers who may influence the NHS agenda and other NHS bodies and develop relationships to support portfolio promotion
* Internal Collaboration
o Engage cross-functionally to drive business growth providing insights into key business processes & forums
The territory for this role is Scotland and North / North East (Yorkshire & Humber) of England, based in one of those locations. The fixed-term contract is for 12 months, ending May 2026. Salary range: £45,000 - £50,000.
About You
Key skills include partnership-led approach, strong customer focus, negotiation, understanding NHS evolution, excellent organization, and collaboration. Preferably, candidates have a history of sales performance in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
