Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Executive, with a strong sustainability interest, to support pipeline generation and partner growth across our Net Zero-as-a-Service (NZaaS) model.
The role is heavily weighted initially to delivering creative designs and output with the opportunity to develop with the company into a Board level position.
You’ll be focussed on delivering targeted campaigns, supporting partner enablement, and producing high-quality marketing materials that directly contribute to lead generation and deal progression.
As an individual you are a creative, commercial, enthusiastic, self-starter with a strong work ethic in a results driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow social media presence to generate inbound interest and support outbound campaigns
* Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
* Plan and implement effective, targeted email marketing campaigns that drive our customer numbers and enrich their relationship with us.
* Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise lead generation and conversion
* Produce high-quality sales enablement materials (decks, proposals, case studies) that support partner conversations and deal progression
* Assist in creating propositions for installers, distributors, and manufacturers
* Support partner onboarding with marketing materials (Partner Hub, co‑branded content, etc)
* Using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site
* Recommend specific marketing approaches and spending budgets to enhance and grow the company’s brand and achieve desired sales goals
* Support any additional projects as required
Skills & Experience
* Experience in B2B marketing (essential)
* Strong copywriting skills for a professional/commercial audience
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early‑stage / scaling environment
* Experience in social media management with excellent knowledge of LinkedIn in particular, and experience using scheduling platforms
* Website content management experience - using WordPress or similar
* Strong graphic design experience, with a focus on creating visually engaging and high-converting email marketing campaigns
* Proficient in design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), with the ability to produce polished, on‑brand marketing assets across digital channels
* The ability to build and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while making real time decisions to benefit campaigns
* Excellent attention to detail
* A degree level qualification, in a relevant marketing discipline (desirable)
