A well established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer (Solicitor or CILEx) with 5+ years' post qualification experience to support the expansion of its successful Homemove department into the Swindon office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive conveyancer who enjoys high quality fee earning work, autonomy, and building strong professional relationships.
The Role
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, financial advisers, and other solicitors
* Generating fee income in line with agreed targets
* Building and developing new introducer relationships
* Working collaboratively with a dedicated support team to ensure efficient file management and excellent client service
Candidate Requirements
* 5+ years PQE (Solicitor or CILEx)
* Strong technical knowledge across residential property matters
* A personable, proactive approach to client care
* Confidence in managing a busy caseload independently
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Motivation to contribute to the growth of the department
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
