Summary
Our CRM & Loyalty division are seeking a talented CRM Content Manager to join the team. You will lead day-to-day CRM content strategy and execution across channels to drive customer engagement and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Accountable for day-to-day CRM campaign planning across all CRM owned channels to deliver customer and channel targets.
* Collaborate with the Senior CRM Manager to develop content initiatives and strategies focused on retaining and reactivating customers through a personalised, customer-centric approach.
* Manage end-to-end content delivery of email and push campaigns, including trade, automation, and transactional campaigns.
* Lead the campaign process: requirements gathering, planning, briefing, coordination with editorial and creative teams, and effective communication of feedback and updates to wider teams.
* Optimise planning and production processes with the production team lead; identify and address areas for improvement.
* Manage relationships with outsourced production partners to ensure timely, budget-compliant campaigns.
* Collaborate with Martech to ensure the tech stack meets CRM needs and supports the roadmap.
* Lead relationships with creative teams to ensure channel-relevant, best-practice CRM creative utilization.
* Develop and implement a test-and-learn content optimisation roadmap, including personalisation strategies and data-informed testing.
* Monitor and analyse CRM campaign performance and customer segment performance using tools like Tableau and Google Analytics; provide actionable insights.
* Contribute to CRM projects delivering innovative, personalised multi-channel programs that enhance customer experiences and profitability.
* Align priorities with regional teams and support change initiatives within the CRM and broader Marketing teams.
* Cultivate strong relationships across the YNAP Group.
Qualifications & Experience
* Min 4 years of experience in a similar role in luxury/fashion.
* Advanced knowledge of Email and Push channels, with expertise in segmentation and personalisation to drive performance.
* Familiarity with Trello or equivalent work management tools.
* Experience using Google Analytics or Tableau.
* Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, with ability to multi-task and communicate clearly with senior leadership.
* Collaborative, creative, and able to build relationships across the business.
* Strong understanding of other interactive marketing channels and their principles.
* Pro-active with initiative and strong organisational skills; able to work independently in a structured manner.
* Ability to stay calm and clear when priorities conflict; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
