This role requires someone who is flexible, curious, sharp, and able to generate insight rather than simply push content. The role is suited to candidates who are developing their analytical and design skills and can connect dots quickly to help shape high-quality, intentional engagement sequences. Key Responsibilities Insight & Analysis Scan large volumes of content and data quickly Identify the insight that matters, not just what is obvious or surface-level Analyse diagnostics, interviews, psychometrics, and thematic inputs Translate complex information into structured, actionable insight Learning & Solutions Design Support Map insights to specific behavioural objectives Propose engagement methods Support the sequencing of intentional learning interventions Content Curation & Pattern Recognition Look laterally across diverse materials and spot patterns Filter out noise to preserve the clarity, quality, and intent of the learning experience Support the Executive Consultant with research, synthesis and preparation Ecosystem Integration Track interdependencies across diagnostics → workshops → reinforcement elements Prepare briefs and narrative summaries Ensure every learning intervention and touchpoint is purposeful Maintain structure in a dynamic design environment Skills/Requirements Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition Excellent written communication and synthesis skills Curiosity, intellectual agility, and openness Ability to connect disparate ideas into a clear narrative Comfort working in ambiguity and iterating in real time High attention to detail and a sense of design coherence Ability to work collaboratively under the guidance of an Executive Consultant Desirable Background Degree in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Behavioural Science, HR, Business, Social Sciences or a related field Experience (academic or internship) in research, analysis, L&D, behavioural science, or organisational development Basic understanding of adult learning or behavioural change principles Why This Role Matters This role adds essential analytical and design capability, ensuring that: every intervention is behaviourally intentional every engagement wave is sequenced with purpose every insight is translated into the right method of engagement the ecosystem remains coherent, integrated, and high-impact Why work with us?
