Overview

Commercial Coordinator

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Commercial Coordinator role at easyJet offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a dynamic, high-performing team. Acting as the key player for the Commercial Leadership Team and the wider Commercial function, you’ll play an important part in ensuring everything runs smoothly—whether that’s organising impactful team meetings and offsites, supporting the creation of engaging presentations, or coordinating internal initiatives like the Commercial Star of the Stand Up. This role is all about making a positive difference to the day-to-day experience of a team that’s focused on driving easyJet’s commercial success.


Responsibilities

* Support the Commercial Leadership Team and the wider group of approximately 180 colleagues, helping to build collaboration and innovation.
* Organise impactful team meetings and offsites, prepare engaging presentations, and coordinate internal initiatives.
* Contribute to digital initiatives and shape how the team works together.
* Support a range of commercial projects under a proactive, forward-thinking environment.


What you need to do the role

We are on the lookout for someone with a positive, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail, are essential, as is the ability to use your own initiative while working collaboratively as part of a team.

You must be comfortable managing pressure and shifting priorities, and possess strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with directors, senior managers, suppliers, and colleagues — always representing easyJet professionally. Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters, along with solid events management experience, will also be key to excelling in this role.

Location & Hours of Work

This full-time role will be based in Luton, working 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working, spending up to 60% of our month in the office.
