Our Managed Services team is hiring a Senior International Operations Advisor to lead and coordinate all aspects of the payroll process for top-tier accounts across multiple international regions.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of payroll operations according to internal policies and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and the integrity of the business.
The Senior International Operations Advisor will drive efficiency, accuracy, and payroll best practices by coordinating efforts across departments, mentoring the payroll team, and continuously improving processes to support strategic objectives.
What will you be doing?
1. Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for top-tier client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services.
2. Partner with internal and external teams to enhance process efficiency and coordinate on all payroll-related matters.
3. Contribute to financial audits by providing records and documentation related to payroll, as required.
4. Address payroll-related queries and issues professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Review and update payroll policies and procedures, staying informed of changing legislation.
6. Implement and oversee robust procedures for managing payroll across multiple countries, ensuring scalability with business growth.
7. Manage payroll operations for clients in all countries, ensuring employees are paid accurately, compliantly, and on time.
8. Handle query and incident management via multiple communication tools.
9. Maintain departmental/management KPI and SLA reporting accurately and timely.
10. Engage proactively with clients using various communication tools.
What we are seeking
1. Proven experience in a similar role at a global level, with a strong understanding of international payroll procedures and legal requirements.
2. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are desirable.
3. Proficiency in payroll software and good knowledge of MS Office.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
6. High degree of professionalism, ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
7. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
