If you enjoy variety and travel, please do read on… Key Responsibilities Lead kitchen operations across different sites Prepare and deliver high-quality meals to a consistently high standard Take responsibility for menu execution, stock control, and kitchen organisation Adapt quickly to new kitchens, teams, and systems Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Support, guide, and oversee kitchen staff where required About You Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef Confident running a kitchen independently Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Flexible, reliable, and comfortable travelling between sites Calm, professional, and adaptable in fast-paced environments Why join us?
