We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Shift Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

In this role, you will motivate and support your team, quickly solve problems, and delegate tasks effectively. You will create an environment where your colleagues can succeed and manage operations within the store in the absence of senior management.

You will handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts. Your primary goal is to give customers the best experience possible every time they visit the store.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team, have patience and a friendly manner, and be able to keep calm in any situation.

You should be passionate about thriving as a key part of the store team and have a proactive and encouraging approach to help your colleagues develop themselves and store operations.
