Neighbourhood Housing Lead (Housing Officer)- South West London Are you passionate about building strong communities and ensuring residents love their homes? We're looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Lead (Housing Officer) for a full-time, long-term contract in South West London. You'll be the primary contact for residents on your patch (around 500-600 homes in Croydon, Wandsworth, Lambeth, and Southwark ), dedicated to improving their satisfaction and trust. This role is all about delivering consistent, reliable service and making a real difference in people's lives. We're looking for someone with: Proven relationship-building and communication skills. A "can-do" attitude, grit, and determination to keep promises. You'll be willing to push boundaries and challenge the business where needed to achieve the very best outcomes for residents You'll have excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage a complex workload whilst adhering to important deadlines. Stakeholder management is also key to this role Experience in a similar housing role. A valid driver's license and access to a car for work. What we offer: A competitive rate of £19.75 per hour.
