They are committed to providing high-quality early years education that meets the needs of every child.The Role:Lead and manage the nursery provision, ensuring high standards of teaching and carePlan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support children's developmentWork closely with parents, staff, and external agencies to provide a holistic approach to early years educationSupport the professional development of nursery staff and maintain safeguarding standardsMonitor and assess children's progress and well-beingRequirements:Experience as a TA, HLTA, or Early Careers Teacher with a focus on early yearsStrong understanding of early years frameworks and child developmentLeadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent communication and organisational skillsA caring and enthusiastic approach to working with young childrenAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
