I am currently recruiting for a school in Reddish, Stockport that is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant. I am looking for someone who is passionate about learning and can be an effective communicator, flexible, reliable, creative, hardworking, and enjoys working with an experienced team.
As a Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant, we expect you to be an outstanding member of staff, so we expect the following:
1. Have experience working within Primary Schools
2. Be confident with the Key Stage 1 & 2 curriculum
3. Hold a minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
4. Provide quality support to teachers and to pupils
5. Be able to carry out small group work and work with individuals under the teacher's planning provided
6. Have the ability to think on your feet
7. Have high expectations of learning and behaviour
8. Hold a DBS on the update service
We also offer a referral bonus of up to £250 for recommendations of candidates suitable for any of the roles we are recruiting for.
