Recruitment Resourcer – Ports & Marines (International Division)
Location: Woking (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: Competitive Base + Commission + International Travel Opportunities
We’re working with a leading, specialist agency within the Ports, Marine, and Logistics sectors who now looking to expand their international team. They’re seeking an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join their Ports & Marines Division.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building professional relationships, connecting with people globally, and wants to develop a long term career in international recruitment.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the International Division Lead and wider management team, focusing on identifying, attracting, and managing top talent across global port, terminal, and maritime operations.
The position offers varied, hands‑on experience within international recruitment, client interaction, and business development support ideal for someone eager to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
* Support international recruitment campaigns across Ports, Terminals, Shipping, and Marine Engineering.
* Source high‑quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
* Build and maintain a global candidate database.
* Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates.
* Support the team in developing relationships with new and existing international clients.
* Represent the business at industry events and client meetings abroad (all expenses covered).
* Work with management to identify new markets and opportunities for growth.
Candidate Profile
* 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or resourcing.
* A globally minded individual with an interest in international business.
* Strong communicator with excellent relationship building skills.
* Organised, proactive, and ambitious with a desire to progress.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
