Base Pay Range
We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Change Management Lead to drive transformation and optimise global HR technology across platforms including Dayforce and TeamTailor.
In this strategic role, you’ll act as the bridge between HR, IT, and business teams, leading change initiatives, improving system efficiency, and enhancing user experience across a global environment.
Key focus areas:
 * Leading change and continuous improvement for HR systems worldwide
 * Overseeing HR technology architecture and governance
 * Driving technical delivery, testing, and configuration
 * Managing vendor relationships and system enhancements
What we’re looking for:
 * 5+ years’ hands‑on experience with Dayforce (essential)
 * Experience with TeamTailor (advantageous)
 * Proven track record in HR systems and change management
 * Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
