2. JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for askilledMarketing Executiveto deliver aligned, commercially focused marketing support to the UK sales region.
The role is responsible for executing campaigns, supporting sales enablement, and coordinating local marketing activity, including events, to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement.
You will report to theMarketingDirectorand will have responsibility fordeveloping revenue generation sales support for the UK sales team.
3. KEY RESULT AREAS
UK Sales Alignment & Campaign Delivery
1. Align marketing activity to UK sales strategy and commercial priorities
2. Translate sales objectives into structured marketing campaigns
3. Deliver lead generation and sales enablement initiatives
4. Monitor and support optimisation of campaign performance
Events & Local Activation
5. Plan and deliver UK-based events and trade shows
6. Coordinate suppliers, logistics, and timelines
7. Ensure alignment to brand messaging and campaign objectives
8. Track event performance and lead generation outcomes
Campaign Execution & Channel Management
Work closely with the Communications Specialist to:
9. Execute digital, social and content campaigns for the UK region
10. Support LinkedIn activity in line with structured plans
11. Coordinate website updates linked to campaigns
12. Ensure brand consistency across all outputs
Sales Enablement Support
13. Develop and deliver sales collateral and marketing materials
14. Respond to marketing requests from the UK sales team
15. Ensure alignment between marketing outputs and sales needs
4. ADDITIONAL KEY DUTIES
16. Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver on company wide goals and objectives
17. Contribute to structured marketing planning and prioritisation
18. Support reporting and tracking of campaign activity
19. Maintain strong collaboration with sales and internal stakeholders
20. Ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs
21. Undertake additional tasks as required within the scope of the role
5. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB
Essential:
22. 2–3 years B2B marketing experience
23. Experience supporting sales-led marketing activity in a B2B environment
24. Campaign execution and coordination experience
25. Strong organisational and time management skills
26. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
27. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
28. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools
Desirable:
29. Event planning and coordination experience
30. Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or technical sectors
31. Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (. HubSpot)
