Overview
We’re currently looking for Financial Services Administrators to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with consultants, develop your expertise, and make a visible impact on the clients we serve!
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage a portfolio of pension and personal wealth clients, ensuring accurate records and smooth account management.
- Support consultants in document preparation, workflow management, meeting coordination, and handling client queries.
- Maintain high levels of service, resolve issues promptly and professionally, and ensure all activities comply with internal procedures and regulations.
- Keep consultants and clients informed at every stage, track case progress, and flag issues proactively.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and make the most of training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in financial services administration, ideally with pension or personal wealth clients.
- Strong understanding of financial products and client portfolio management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills – approachable, clear, and professional with clients.
- High attention to detail and ability to resolve client issues efficiently and accurately.
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- Happy working as part of a team or independently when needed.
- Experience supporting senior consultants or leadership teams is a plus.
