About the Role
Prometeon Tyre Group UK Ltd is seeking a proactive and creative Trade & Brand Marketing Specialist to drive brand visibility and trade engagement across the UK market. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with high ownership and direct impact on customer experience and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Trade Show & Event Management: Plan and execute UK-based trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer events to enhance brand presence.
* POS & Dealer Engagement: Design and deliver compelling Point-of-Sale materials to support dealer networks and customer interaction.
* Campaign Execution: Develop and implement brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with budget and strategic goals.
* Agency & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
* PR & Media Relations: Collaborate with PR agencies to produce press releases, editorials, and media coverage.
* Advertising & Collateral: Oversee the creation of advertising assets, brochures, and digital content.
* Budget Tracking: Monitor marketing spend and ensure ROI-driven execution.
* Social Media Management: Curate and manage local social media channels (especially Meta/Facebook) to drive engagement and brand storytelling.
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* 2–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in automotive, tyres, or B2B sectors
* A self-starter with a can-do attitude and agile mindset
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
* Experience in social media content creation and community management
* Knowledge of PR, event planning, and brand activation
Additional Information
* Location: Burton-on-Trent (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in the office).
* Travel: Occasional domestic travel for trade shows or events.
* Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
