Are you an organised, proactive marketing professional who loves bringing campaigns to life? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of campaign delivery across the Zoological Society of East Anglia – ensuring every campaign launches smoothly, on time, and to an exceptional standard.
About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will turn strategic marketing plans into clear, coordinated campaign delivery. You’ll manage project timelines, briefs, approvals and production schedules, acting as the central point of control for all campaign activity. Working closely with creative, digital, operations and events teams, you’ll make sure every element – from digital assets to onsite signage – is ready when it needs to be.
You’ll lead campaign kick‑offs, write actionable briefs, manage the creative workflow, and keep everyone aligned and accountable. After each campaign, you’ll run quick wrap‑ups to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where excellent organisation, communication and problem‑solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate marketing strategy into clear delivery plans across both sites.
* Build campaign plans including deadlines, deliverables, owners and dependencies.
* Lead campaign kick‑off sessions and align teams on objectives, messaging and requirements.
* Write clear, detailed creative briefs and manage the flow of work across design, videography and digital teams.
* Own project timelines, approvals and stakeholder communication end‑to‑end.
* Identify risks early and problem‑solve to keep campaigns on track.
* Coordinate onsite requirements including signage, visitor journey and event set‑up.
* Ensure all assets and channels are delivered correctly and on time.
* Run campaign wrap‑ups and maintain a learning log to support continuous improvement.
About You
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Confident leading cross‑team meetings and managing multiple priorities.
* Skilled in writing clear, actionable briefs.
* Calm, proactive and able to anticipate challenges before they arise.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to drive accountability.
* Experience in visitor attractions, leisure, hospitality or events.
