As a Content Executive, you’ll be responsible for copywriting tasks, content strategy and content led projects that come through our studio. From creating digital content that engages, to proofing design work to ensure the highest quality, you will be able to unleash your creative writing talent on a wide variety of clients and projects.
We’re looking for someone with:
Creativity: you’ll love being creative with words and enjoy bringing a brand to life through copy.
Attention to detail: you’ll have a keen eye and an ability to spot a typo a mile off.
An adaptable style: one minute you’ll be writing for a restaurant and the next a hotel, so we need someone who’s not easily fazed by a change of pace.
Ability to work in a team: you’ll be working with designers, strategists and developers, so you’ll need to be comfortable working within a team environment.
Leadership skills: from creating briefs to directing freelancers, you’ll need to be comfortable delegating tasks.
Content creation : you’ll have experience creating a variety of content types – from blog posts and landing pages to email campaigns and product descriptions.
SEO knowledge: you will know how to optimise copy for SEO and will be able to support our SEO team.
Social media expertise: we want someone who can create a social media plan and create the content that engages users.
Confidence in liaising with clients: you will have experience in customer service, with good email etiquette and be comfortable with both video and phone calls
Requirements:
Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills
Experience of SEO, social posting and content writing
Strong research skills
Ability to adapt to different writing styles
Strong organisational skills and able to work within a busy studio
BA in English, creative writing or related field
Nice to have but not essential:
Proven agency or client experience as a copywriter or related role
Confidence in using WordPress and Social Management Tools
