This role provides housing management advice and support to residents at Dimensions properties, whether care and support are provided by another provider or directly by Dimensions staff. The postholder will also oversee housing management in properties where Dimensions acts as the managing agent for another Registered Provider or Charity. Responsibilities include monitoring the housing management duties of support providers in accordance with management or service level agreements.
The role is primarily home-based, with visits to properties twice a week and the remaining three days working from home.

About the role
Your main duties will include:
* Delivering high-quality customer service to the people we support.
* Conducting scheme visits and evaluating quarterly and annual monitoring reports.
* Ensuring accurate implementation of rent and service charge changes each year.
* Ensuring compliance with Management and Service Level Agreements.
About you
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in housing management within supported housing.
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to maintain professional relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.
* The ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
