Role: Health and Wellbeing Centre Matron
Saturday’s overnight, term time only. The hours are 6pm every Saturday evening and overnight into Sunday until 5pm during term time.
Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of pastoral and medical care at the Health and Wellbeing Centre, working with the nursing team to support the Centre’s operation.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the highest standards of pastoral and medical care are in place at the Centre.
* Work with the team of nursing staff to ensure the smooth running of the Centre.
* Be confident working unsupervised and demonstrate excellent personal interactive skills with young people, their parents and staff.
Qualifications and Experience
* Preferably qualified in Paediatric and general First Aid (training can be provided if not already qualified).
* Previous experience of working with young people.
* Ability to work with the team to maintain high standards of care and safety.
